We usually conclude with an exciting team competition with different game modes, in which tactics and deliberation are important.
Are you primarily focused on the goal (the bullseye) or on the other person (the shooter/coach)? You can immediately see who only wants to "score points" and who also has an eye for cooperation.
Some take their time to focus properly; others want to shoot immediately. You often recognize this preferred style in meetings and projects.
Are you concerned with how you come across or with what the other person needs? Shooting blind makes this extra visible: as a coach and as a shooter.
“Blind coaching shows more than you expect.”
We start with an explanation of equipment, posture and safety rules. Everyone practices at short range first.
When the first arrows land nicely, we increase the distance step by step for more challenge and concentration.
In pairs you get to work: one sees nothing, the other coaches. Then we turn the tables and discuss what this says about your communication and trust.
We conclude with a team game. With different game variations, not only individual precision but also team tactics and consultation are important.
Short, but sweet: What insights will you take away to meetings, feedback conversations and collaboration under pressure?
