Through interactive assignments, we work together to build a stronger team. These challenging Teamwork Challenges are used as a learning tool for experiential learning. Reflection will be used to give participants insight into their own role and behavior.
The outdoor team building activities used are a dynamic and powerful tool to foster connection and trust with the goal of building a well-functioning team.
Team Needs
The starting points in putting together the Teamwork Challenge program are the needs of the team:
What is important to you right now?
What are you good at?
And what would you like to have more of?
Based on the motto “The success of a team is primarily determined by the quality of its relationships,” we engage in challenging assignments.
What are our strengths and similarities?
Who can I rely on and how does trust grow?
What else could there be?
Usually we start with 2 or 3 smaller exercises. Then we conclude a 2.5-hour program with a big assignment of about 1 hour. This depends on the objectives. For example with:
Jeep Transport
Transport the Land Rover across the imaginary swamp; using 10 poles and 10 ropes…. oh yes and the tank is empty…. success!
Island Game
Which team will be the first to develop the best system to get to the other side?
Building Bamboo
Based on a dialogue about your motivations and ambitions.
Short, powerful workshops to get to know each other better
Content, energy and (inter-)action in every team building activity
Organizable anywhere and accessible to everyone
Let's begin
Together we explore your team's strengths and dynamics; what do you value?
In imagining the ideal future, we ask each other the question: what do you desire?
Then we develop a program with success factors for developing your potential
We accomplish this with workshops that connect and can create positive change.
