While playing we explore boundaries at the intersection of drives, leadership, personal development and brand perception. In this way we work on your own Purpose Statement.
In the Boost you Team Purpose workshop, we follow the cycle of Appreciative Inquiry, or appreciative inquiry.
This philosophy and change method starts from a core theme and helps you discover and develop your strengths.
The cycle consists of 4 steps:
To find out about your drives, we can use, for example, the 23plusone method. This model of 24 unique drives (divided into 5 domains) can give people and teams valuable insights. You become aware of what drives, motivates and binds you to others in daily life and in your work. The extent to which people are happy forms the core of the method. With the help of 23plusone, you can map your drives and purpose. You will learn what makes you attractive and unique as a person and as a team. And you can see what is really important to you.
