Communication is the biggest success or failure factor in collaboration. The DISC training workshop is entirely focused on improving mutual communication. Because we will explore how communication works, what levels it consists of and what can go wrong along the way. The team members will learn to interact with each other in a motivating way. And thus understand each other better to become more effective in mutual communication.

Each participant receives a comprehensive personal report, based on a pre-completed online questionnaire. This reveals, for example, what their dominant behavioral styles are and in what way this manifests itself in the ways they communicate.
With this comprehensive workshop, participants gain a good understanding of the styles of communication and behavior of colleagues and themselves. They can also consciously choose a style of communication. And apply flexibility towards other behavioral styles.
We conclude the workshop with good intentions: what will change in the communication of both team members and the team as a collective after the training? We turn the resolutions into agreements and goals, because this is how we can secure the results of the training.
