At Excel Events, we strive to provide valuable experiences for all participants. Especially a moment in which the participants will shine. To excel. To do something they have never done before with each other. And to get to know themselves and others better.
We see every moment and every group as unique. So serious team building, with action and fun. For teams who want to get the best out of themselves! We can take care of the complete organization for a fun and educational team building. We do this in cooperation with like-minded partners at the coolest locations. Or just at your workplace.
We offer team building activities for groups of ten or more. The maximum number of participants varies per activity. Check out the different workshops to find out what the minimum and maximum is per activity. Are there less than 10 participants? Then please discuss the possibilities.
From our experience, we know that the weather actually rarely throws a spanner in the works. Most activities are still fun and safe with a little rain. Then participants can take shelter under the tents we bring. In extreme weather conditions (code orange) we offer alternative activities.
Excel Events organizes teambuilding activities from Arnhem throughout the Netherlands and in the Belgian Ardennes. Check out our favorite outdoor locations here. We are also happy to come to your location, so just at work! Or together we can find a nice location nearby.

The clothing advice depends partly on the weather conditions, but the following is basically always true: sporty casual clothing or sportswear; preferably in layers so you can easily take things on and off (preferably no thick down jackets). And sturdy shoes or sports shoes in which you can move freely. At most locations there is an opportunity to change clothes.
Excel Events was founded in 2017 by Jouke van Dijk. With extensive experience in outdoor sports and active corporate events, the space was found between a fun event and a serious team building training. Combining the best elements, workshops were developed based on content, energy and interaction.
An example is the Outdoor Method with experiential learning. This is suitable for training teams through the use of purposeful, short-cycle, physically not-too-heavy, simple yet powerful tasks that are participant-centered.
This distinguishes our trainings from survival-type activities (no Camp van Koningsbrugge with us 😉 ) but also from the ordinary team outing.
Angelique is the boxing coach and specializes in behavior. As a certified DISC trainer, she also works with other models to make behavior insightful in an instructive and fun way.
