Team Day Arnhem is a fully catered team day on the Rhine, with:
You work from a central location in Arnhem where nature plays a leading role. The dynamics of the river and the view over Meijnerswijk make the day immediately different from a standard meeting location.
Peaceful mornings in the floodplains, active afternoons outside and at the end of the day right into the bustling center for drinks or dinner. Arnhem has it both.

Active workshop in nature reserve Meijnerswijk, such as:
> Bridge to Success (bridge building),
> Expedition Team Strength,
> Construction Game,
> or a selection of Teamwork Challenges (Appreciative Leadership).
>After discussion and translation to the workplace.
>Close with a drink or dinner on the Rijnkade, for example in the Foodhall or one of the other restaurants we work with.
Everything is modular: shorter, longer, more content, more action - we build it together.
After each round, reflect on questions such as:

> Where did you recognize this from in your work?
We explicitly translate to your daily practice: meetings, project stress, awkward conversations, collaboration with other departments.
We conclude with 2-3 concrete agreements: what will you do differently in communication, feedback and collaboration?
We explore your team, goals and desires.
We put together a program: content, activities, location and catering.
