Building an effective and cohesive team is incredibly difficult. But it’s also actually quite simple…. after all, you don’t need great intellectual insights or tactics. It mainly comes down to courage, human qualities and discipline. But it is hard to achieve. Because: it can’t be bought, and you can’t just obtain it by hiring an outside consultant to do the job.

Fortunately, Excel Events offers a helping hand with team building workshops. In the healthy outdoors you and your team will engage in challenging activities. In nature the behavior of the participants is central. Especially human nature is exposed. This allows us to work on trust, connection, leadership and synergy.

And why is it crucial for organizations?

The needs of a team manager who wants to get started with team building can have different causes, depending on the circumstances. Here are some common situations a team may experience that may require team building:

1. Poor communication within the team: Team members do not communicate effectively, leading to misunderstandings, confusion and inefficiency in work.

The Excel Events team has a passion for the outdoors. Whether this is in the woods or by the water. We like to go outside as much as possible with the participants. This provides fresh air and a clear mind. In addition, the weather elements are a dynamic stimulus that gives the participants extra stimulation. In the winter, of course, we seek shelter and indoor spaces more often. Or we light the campfire!
