The team outing can consist of various activities that can always be organized in approximately 1.5 hours. So put together a complete day including lunch and/or dinner.
The activities are designed so that everyone can participate, from young to old. There are no specific fitness requirements for participants. We advise everyone to put on sporty casual clothing and sturdy (sports) shoes because, of course, we are going to be very active.
