With wooden poles, ropes and bamboo, together you build a life-size bridge across a ditch, river or imaginary swamp. Only a good design, clear communication and trust in each other will get you safely across.

Bridge to Success is a challenging team building workshop in which you build a bridge together with poles, rope and bamboo. Not as a technical goal in itself, but as a living metaphor for cooperation, trust and connection.
The setup:
And we discuss exactly that in the debrief.
Teams that want to break silos and work more as one.
Project teams with many interdependencies.
Teams that want to work on trust, ownership and communication.
Larger groups (departments, project teams, MT+teams) who want a powerful experience together.
With which design do you achieve the goal? How do you choose the best idea and who decides? You can immediately see if everyone is included, or a few people decide.
Who does what during construction? Who takes the lead, who supports, who quits when things get exciting? The building process makes team roles and collaboration very visible.
How do you ensure that both banks are connected? What happens when one side moves faster than the other? This says a lot about how you normally work together across teams or departments.
When the bridge is finished, it needs to be tested. Do you dare to go over it? How confident are you in each other's work? This is where trust and joint responsibility come into sharp focus.
“Discovering talents and bridging differences“
We explore your team, context and goals: is it about feedback, tension management, style differences or a combination?
We will briefly introduce the DISC styles and explain the basics of boxing: stance, distance, simple punches and defense. Anyone can participate, even without boxing experience.
In pairs, you practice with different tasks: varying tempo, responding to signals, setting limits, switching roles. This is where your reflexes and preferred styles quickly emerge.
After each round, reflect on questions like:
> What did you do automatically?
> How did the other person feel?
> Where did you recognize this from your work?
We explicitly translate to your daily practice: meetings, project stress, awkward conversations, collaboration with other departments.
We conclude with 2-3 concrete agreements: what will you do differently in communication, feedback and collaboration?

In this short video, see how teams design, build and test during the Bridge to Success workshop.
> Standard: approx. 2.5 hours
> Expandable to become part of a complete team day (e.g. combined with other activities or a reflection session).
> From about 10 people.
> Scale up to large groups (up to about 250 participants, with multiple bridges and facilitators at the same time).
> Outdoors on property at your location or at one of our partner locations.
> Bridges can be built over a ditch, river, ditch or imaginary swamp – we are happy to think about the best setting.
> Easy-fitting (outdoor) clothing and shoes that can get dirty.
> No extreme physical strain; we make sure everyone can participate at their own level.
> In line with your other workshops (e.g. from about €40 p.p. at 1.5-2.5 hours, depending on group size and location).
> In an intake we make a clear customized proposal.
In a brief conversation, we explore:
> Your team and current situation
> What you want to achieve with Bridge to Success
> Which variant, location and duration fits best
Then you will receive a concrete proposal that matches your ambition and budget.
