Communication is the biggest success or failure factor in collaboration. The DISC training workshop is entirely focused on improving mutual communication. Because we will explore how communication works, what levels it consists of and what can go wrong along the way. The team members learn to communicate with each other in a motivating way. And thus understand each other better to become more effective in mutual communication.

Participants receive a DISC behavioral styles report at the beginning of the workshop (based on a pre-completed questionnaire). This will reveal what their dominant behavioral style is and in what way this expresses itself in the style of communication.
By the end of the DISC training workshop, team members will have gained insight into colleagues’ and themselves’ styles of communication. They will also be able to consciously choose a style of communication. And apply style flexibility with respect to other behavioral styles.
We conclude the day with good intentions: what will change in the communication of both team members and the team as a collective after the training? We turn the resolutions into agreements and goals, because this is how we can secure the results of the training.
One component is the DISC report: this is a very comprehensive personal report on your preferred styles based on an online questionnaire. It can be used to position all team members in the team wheel.
The DISC analysis is based on a proven questionnaire and generates a comprehensive personal report. This gives you more insight into yourself, each other and the team dynamics. You can think of it as a kind of leadership compass that indicates who “comes out best” when and where. And as the colors change in different situations, you learn to recognize this magic ball.
The strength of a healthy team lies mainly in the ability of team members to build trust, to be able to have respectful conflicts with each other, to feel commitment to the team, to dare to hold each other accountable and to be result-oriented.
