Price Information
Excel Events maintains the following rates in 2025:
Program of 1.5 hours
€ 595Starting rate for 10 participants
Additional participants pay 30 euros per person (11 to 25) and 27.50 euros per person (26 participants and more).
Program of 2.5 hours
€ 795Starting rate for 10 participants
Additional participants pay 40 euros per person (11 to 25) and 37.50 euros per person (26 participants and more).
Most workshops can be organized in 1.5 hours.
Expedition Robinson, Construction Game*, Boost your Purpose and the Teamwork Challenge usually last 2.5 hours.
*a 20% surcharge applies for the Construction Game due to additional supervisors.
Including/excluding
Rates include all materials and expert guidance; prices exclude VAT and travel and transportation costs (we charge these from Arnhem).
DISCOUNT & WINTER OFFER
We are offering a 10% discount on workshop prices during the months of December, January through February 2025.
We can offer a 10% discount throughout the year when we may organize at our home base De Werfloods in Arnhem.
Custom proposal
For a combination of multiple activities and/or multiple rounds on 1 day we will be happy to make a suitable proposal. In case of a multi-day program, 3 day parts per day will be charged.
DISC assessment and DISC team coaching
The rates of a (theoretical) DISC training based on a DISC assessment (with extensive personal reports); including Team coaching using the DISC team wheel are: 125 euros per person.
Werfloods at Arnhem
Three different packages have been put together for the Werfloods (rental fee location and accommodation, accommodation guests including refreshments; prices are based on a minimum of 10 people):
Daypart

Daypart with lunch
€ 55Includes deluxe hard rolls, artisan style, assortment of which 50% are vegetarian; includes smoothie and organic juice
Full day with lunch and drinks
€ 852 parts of the day as described above extended with drinks of 1 hour in conclusion: various bottled beers, 0.0%, special beer, various house wines and cold snacks

Changes
Prices are provided subject to possible changes.
Booking conditions
Participation is at your own risk; changing a booking is possible until no later than 1 week prior to the event (up to a maximum of 10% of the number booked); we would like to receive payment of the invoice prior to the event. Download our terms and conditions.
