Purpose statement

This team booster clarifies what you find important in your lives and in your work. This is how you really get to know each other and what you can gain from each other. While playing we explore boundaries at the intersection of drives, leadership, personal development and brand perception. In this way we work on your own Purpose Statement.

Appreciative Inquiry

In the team purpose workshop, we follow the cycle of Appreciative Inquiry, or appreciative inquiry. This philosophy and change method starts from a core theme and helps you discover and develop your strengths.

The cycle consists of 4 steps:

Discover: what are your strongest motivations? What is the common thread on your team? Why?
Dream: what do you want your work to look like?
Design: what are the building blocks for this?
Deliver: where and in what way will you accomplish this?
