In this active workshop we combine boxing with DISC. Maximally interactive, safely guided and with clear insights into how you (and your colleagues) react under pressure.

Teams where tensions are at play (crowds, changes, disagreements).
Teams wanting to practice feedback, setting boundaries and listening.
Management and core teams who want to open the conversation about style differences.
Teams who want an energetic session with real depth, not just fun.
Important: we box recreationally, so it will definitely not be a brawl. Safety, respect and “hitting each other without hurting” are key.
In the ring you can immediately see who goes for the goal and who has more eye for the other. We link this back to how you work together in your team: do you focus primarily on results or also on relationship?
Staying still or taking immediate action: your style becomes apparent in your footwork, timing and reactions. We link this to your DISC profile and to tense situations in the workplace.
Are you primarily concerned with your own safety or do you also take into account what is happening to the other person? In 1-on-1 sparring, this comes to the surface unerringly - and that makes the conversation afterwards extra clear.
Effective communication and colorful behavior
We explore your team, context and goals: is it about feedback, tension management, style differences or a combination?
We will briefly introduce the DISC styles and explain the basics of boxing: stance, distance, simple punches and defense. Anyone can participate, even without boxing experience.
In pairs, you practice with different tasks: varying tempo, responding to signals, setting limits, switching roles. This is where your reflexes and preferred styles quickly emerge.
After each round, reflect on questions like:
> What did you do automatically?
> How did the other person feel?
> Where did you recognize this from your work?
We explicitly translate to your daily practice: meetings, project stress, awkward conversations, collaboration with other departments.
We conclude with 2-3 concrete agreements: what will you do differently in communication, feedback and collaboration?
After this workshop
> Have team members better understand their own behavior under stress.
> Do colleagues better understand why others react differently (and that that’s okay).
> Is it easier to talk about style differences and irritations because you have a shared experience and language together (DISC).
> Have you experienced that tension can be safe if it is well supervised.
> Is feedback less likely to be about “you’re doing it wrong” and more about “this is how this works for me, how does it work for you?”.
The workshop provides a big energy boost as well as a solid foundation for follow-up in team coaching or DISC team coaching, if you want to go deeper into that later.
