Content Team Pathway

From onboarding to high performance with a customized Team Pathway in 6 months. Depending on the phase your team is in and the concrete desires and needs, the trajectory can for example consist of the following components that we can facilitate in half-day sessions (3 to 4 hours):

Number

Your entire team must be present, of course; we plan this well in advance so that everyone is available.

Duration

5 separate meetings on a morning, afternoon or evening at intervals of about 6 weeks each time.

Location

The workshops can be held at different locations (central in the country); also at your place, of course at our place in Arnhem and if the weather is nice outside.

Investment

Based on a team of 10 people, we can tailor the Team Pathway for a fee starting at 1,500 euros per person.

Availability

By arrangement; we take on a maximum of 3 teams per quarter in order to be as involved as possible and facilitate and execute everything ourselves.

Explaining Team Development in the Team Pathway

We do team development in a Team Pathway. This involves working together in and on the team. Trajectory literally means “route to be taken. That is what it is all about with your team. You will set out together and learn from each other and about each other along the way. Think of it as an adventurous expedition where the route and/or final destination are not predetermined. The journey is more important than the destination. We will stop at regular intervals to look back and look ahead. Team development is a cyclical process consisting of different phases that take time. A team is a living system and every change creates influence. This requires natural leadership and organic organizing.

Building an effective and cohesive team is incredibly difficult. But it’s also actually quite simple … in fact, you don’t need great intellectual insights or tactics. It mainly comes down to courage, human qualities and discipline. From a clear mission, you can start working on the most important tasks and responsibilities in simplicity and rhythm.

Based on the motto: “we can learn from our mistakes but really develop based on our successes” we set to work in a 6-month program. This results in good performance and satisfaction of your employees and your customers.

The Team Pathway is ideally suited for: new (merged) teams, new tasks and roles, specially assembled (high performance) teams.

If a team is disbanded but also if the team composition changes drastically, a new leader arrives or people leave, a team may end up in this fifth phase.

To further develop your team, there are a number of key phases in team formation that can be recognized. These phases are commonly known as: Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing (and Adjourning). They depend on the extent to which the team develops maturity and competence, relationships are built, and the leadership style changes to more collaborative or shared leadership. Team effectiveness varies by phase.
