After all, you don’t need great intellectual insights or tactics. It mainly comes down to courage, human qualities and discipline. But it is hard to achieve. Because: it cannot be bought and you cannot obtain it simply by hiring an outside consultant to do the job.
Fortunately, Excel Events offers a helping hand with team building workshops! In the healthy outdoors you and your team will work on challenging group activities. In nature the behavior of the participants is central. Especially human nature will be exposed. This allows us to work on trust, connection, leadership and synergy.
We have a passion for the outdoors. Preferably in the middle of nature. Whether in the woods or by the water. We like to go outside as much as possible with the participants. This provides fresh air and a clear mind. The weather elements are an added incentive.
Conviviality and fun
Conviviality and fun for everyone are also our main focus. The programs can be customized. We take into account the target group and the objectives. For example, we can work on leadership, management skills, communication, trust and connection.
Valuable workshops
We strive to provide valuable team building activities for all participants. Especially also a moment in which the participants will shine and touch each other. In order to excel. To do something they haven’t done with each other before. To get to know themselves and others better.

We can take care of the complete organization for a fun and educational team training. This includes challenging outdoor activities and educational sports workshops. Possibly complete with arranging location, accommodation and catering.

With programs that touch people and make them shine!
We offer team building activities for groups of ten or more (smaller groups are also possible by arrangement). The maximum number of participants varies per activity. Check the different programs to find out what the minimum and maximum in the number of participants per activity is. Is your group smaller than 10 participants? Then consult with us in advance about the possibilities.
In the Netherlands, you never know in advance what the weather will be. From our experience, however, we know that the weather actually rarely throws a spanner in the works. Most activities are still fun and safe with inclement weather. In case of a little rain, participants can take shelter under the tents we bring. In extreme weather conditions, we offer alternative activities if necessary.
Excel Events organizes teambuilding activities throughout the Netherlands and in the Belgian Ardennes. Besides our own location De Werfloods on the Stadblokkenwef in Arnhem, we also like to visit In de Houtzagerij in Boven-Hardinxveld and Landgoed Groot Warnsborn in Arnhem. In the Ardennes, our favorite location is near La Roche-en-Ardenne: Hubermont Space for Development.
We are happy to advise you in searching and finding a suitable location. In addition, it is usually possible to have the program organized at a location of your choice.
